I have been coming to South Carolina since 2019 to visit with my Brother & Sister in law.  I met all their wonderful neighbors on the block one neighbor in particular the "Why Not King Charles DeMatteo".   I always said my next move was out of NY and with Charlie's knowledge and expertise he made that dream happen.  Charlie is amazing I can't thank him enough.  He is so knowledgeable and he knew exactly what I was looking for and I found my forever home.  Anyone contemplating the move just do it, you won't regret it. Charlie went above and beyond for me and he will do it for you... Why not!!
