Charlie DeMatteo was extremely helpful in our search for a new home for retirement. He was referred to us by a family acquaintance and immediately began providing information via text and e-mail. When we made our initial reconnaisance trip, he arranged with a builder's rep to show us several houses and return visits to some the next day, even though he had a family trip planned. He was with us every step of the way from negotiating the initial price to having several optional features added to the house. When an unfortunate accident resulted in my wife requiring hospitalization, Charlie helped arrange for a Power of Attorney that enabled closing to proceed on schedule.
