Dan did the list and had qualified prospects in place almost immediately. Home sold fast (couple days). Every transaction will have hiccups. A few occurred and Dan responded quickly to resolve them to everyone’s satisfaction.

Dan and his team are amazing. He walked us through the process of selling a home and buying a home simultaneously. Selling: Dan was upfront and honest with us about selling a home in the early fall. He brought in outside opinions to try and get us the best chance at a quick sell, with small changes upfront. Our home sold in 3 weeks. We would not have had that turn around without Dan. He even offered to help out with yard work to get the house ready for Open Houses! Above and beyond. Buying: Dan consistently provided new properties to look at. Dan has a vision for how you can make a house a home. At a few houses, we would get caught up on details, and Dan was there for the big picture. He would present 5 different plans on how we could make it the home of our dreams. He also could tell when a house was not right for us, and was honest about it. He was passionate about finding us the RIGHT home, not just selling us a house. There was never any pressure with Dan or any of his team.
