Agent had done homework on market value + inventory availability and recommended the price that generated full price offer. Of note, I (seller) was slightly more conservation on initial pricing, but thankfully deferred to agent local market expertise. Agent did an excellent job of handling immediate neighbor purchase interest in a tactful and professional manner. Agent was readily accessible and responsive to questions & follow-ups throughout process. She effectively handled essential property prep details through local specialist engagement. Having moved out of state, I was concerned with how difficult it might be to sell my house. However my experience with Kathy and the team at Dave Abdallah Century 21 was better than I could have hoped for. The entire process from getting my house ready for sale all the way through closing was extremely easy.
