Al has a great reputation in Dearborn which is why we sold our house through him. Anyone you talk to will refer you to the Abdallah team. Beyond that, they have an excellent plan to sell your home. Our home was advertised in 2 or 3 publications and it sold in about 3 weeks. They did a great job marketing it and finding the right buyer.

Dave Abdallah is a true professional. I've never trusted anyone else to the extent I trusted him to get me throught a very convoluted transaction. He is very approachable, intelligent, kind, patient, communicative, diplomatic, and a master of his profession. He went above and beyond the expected while I struggled with probate issues and once cleared, sold my house in the blink of an eye! In the middle of winter! Never in my wildest dreams did I hope for such a happy ending. Most impressive: he ALWAYS gives credit to his fabulous support staff and team members.

Excellent team! they took care from everything from the start to the closing day . I recommend them to all my family and friends . Abdallah and Mike worked together and they negotiated on my behalf surprising 3 days later with lower buying offer .
