Dave and Al Abdallah team great choice ,great job
Al Abdallah and team were above excellent in their customer service and fulfillment of marketing promises...Our house had been on the market for 18 months with another broker and by owner; when the Abdallah team took over, the house was sold in 42 days from listing date to closing date! Our heads are still spinning as to "how did this happen?" They were fabulous. :)
Al Abdallah listened carefully to our concerns and expectations. If there was a difference of opinion, he respectfully and knowledgeably guided us to see an alternative and, perhaps, a better way of selling our property.
Nicole Admonte kept us up to the minute on progress and events regarding our sale.

Dave is the best. This has been a very please experience due to Dave and his team. I would recommend him without hesitation.
I worked with Alex Saad, and he was very professional in every aspect of the transaction. He always returned my calls on time, and was very responsive via email, and delivered everything that he set our expectations to. It is our great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Al Abdallah of the Curran and Christie Century 21 team. We cannot say enough to express how happy we are with our decision to choose Al to be our agent. When we originally put our home on the market, we had used a different agency, and we had no luck selling our home. We sat on the market for 5 months and received a couple insultingly low offers. Frustrated, we took it off the market and decided to try again at a later time. Our luck changed the day Al called us and encouraged us to go back on the market sooner than we originally planned. We are so glad we took his advice! We went on the market late on a Thursday evening, and in the 4 days that followed we had 14 showings. That was more than we had the entire time we were on the market with our previous agent. We had our first offer Monday morning, and a second (much better) offer the following day. Al sold our home in 4 days, and even better, he sold it ABOVE our asking price! We could not have been happier with the results he brought us.
When it came time for us to purchase a new home, Al was amazing. He really went above and beyond when it came to finding us the perfect home. It took no time at all for Al to understand exactly what we were looking for, and after a couple showings, it felt like he could read our minds and knew exactly what we did and did not like in a home. Al really takes the time to understand what his clients want and need. He was available to us whenever we needed him, and even our children took a liking to him. One day our seven-year-old daughter sneaked up to him, gave him a big hug, and said, “Al, I’m glad you’re our real estate agent.” She knows a good person when she sees one, and she could easily see that we were having a much better experience with buying and selling a home this time around. She absolutely adores him.
The thing I appreciated most though, was that after spending just a short amount of time with Al, it didn’t feel like an agent-client relationship, it felt much more like a genuine friendship. We shared many laughs with Al, and his humor and friendliness made all of our interactions a pleasurable experience. We found that after we were waiting to close and didn’t see him as much, we missed him! Al had our backs through this entire process. It was clear from the start that he had our best interests in mind at all times, and that he really, truly wanted the best for us. We were able to reach him morning and night, and when it came time to finalize our offer and get us the home we loved, Al spent many hours working to get us what we wanted. We cannot sing his praises enough, and we recommend him without hesitation or reservation. Made it very easy for an out of state investor. Need I saw more? That is probably the most difficult transaction for all parties, and these guys made it easy and painless start to finish. Thanks again, looking forward to many more.
