Al was superman while selling our property and helping us find and purchase another. I don't know when this guy slept but i was always able to get a hold of him early in the morning and late at night. He is definitely someone you want on your side. I can not say enough good things about him.

I would highly recommend Dave Abdallah when considering a realtor to sell your property. Before listing the property he took the time to show me comparable sales in the area which included interior photos. This gave me a good idea what my property was worth as I wanted to sell quickly without giving the house away. Once listed I was very impressed with how often the house was shown as it seems there were prospective buyers coming by two or three times a day. The house sold within a couple of weeks and escrow went very smoothly with Dave's staff guiding me through the process and keeping me updated on a regular basis. Having bought and sold ten properties over my lifetime this was by far the most positive experience I have ever had with any realtor.

The realtor that we had was Mike Ismail. Mike Ismail made purchasing a home an amazing experience. Mike did not treat my wife and I as if we were another client but as a friend. I was able to contact Mike at any time, day or night, and he would get back to me in a timely manner with the houses set up for my wife and i to view every weekend. After the first few houses that we put in an offer in on fell through my wife and I got a little discourage however Mike was there with his positive attitude to help us through. Mike did not want to sell us a house he wanted us to purchase a home, a home that we can raise a family and have a bright future in. While my wife and I were busy planing our lives in every home we saw Mike would point out the little things that can make all the difference such as poor renovations. Not only did my wife and I find a home and found a realtor to use in the future for our friends and family but we also made a great friend.

I found the Dave Abdallah team through the Dave Ramsey Recommended ELP website. We worked with Mike Ismail a member of the Dave Abdallah team. We are expecting a little one in June so we were already in a time crunch. Mike was very receptive to our needs and requests as to what we were looking for. He was responsive always getting back to us in a timely manner. He gave us honest feedback that helped with our home search. We were concerned since we both work opposite schedules how home showing would go. Mike was more than accommodating and was always available.We started looking Jan 9, 2016, found the house Jan 12 and closed by Feb 22,2916. I'd say overall it was a quick process. Mike referred us to a great lender that also went above and beyond with customer service ( Hassan Ahmad with Primelending) noticed our current home insurance policy was higher than other quotes he had seen. He got us quotes with other companies his recommendation ended up saving us $800.00 with our Auto and home policy. I would highly recommend the Dave Abdallah team.
