Since I am out of town selling a rental property, I was a bit anxious about getting an agent who would just get things done for me so that I could move on with my life here. Dave and team did that and more! I was able to sell the house above asking price on the first weekend. Do not hesitate to have Dave help you with your home sale. Excellent all around.

Dave Abdallah was professional, knowledgeable, prepared and on time. He was extremely easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable with him. The house was sold in record time. Even though I moved to another state, when it came time to close on the house everything went smoothly. Dave and his team Amber and Katie did an amazing job and I would absolutely recommend them.
