They did a great job in finding me my new home.

Yesterday was a day with mixed emotions- we closed on our house that was very sentimental to our family. Sam H Abdallah was the listing agent whom is a new agent as well as a good friend of mine. There was challenges along the way but nevertheless Sam overcame everyone of them. He kept me in the loop and was always available. With the outstanding work done by Sam aside from friendship he has professionally earned my trust, respect and loyalty. Thank you Sam!

When we first met Dave Abdallah, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Dave would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Dave also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.
I've recommended the Dave Abdallah Real Estate Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Dave was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
