After having some major issues with our first realtor we were desperate to find someone who would put in the time and effort that was needed to sell our house in an rapidly changing real estate environment. We decided to actually shop around and make a realtor earn our trust and treat our search as though we were hiring and employee. We were in dark times, extremely frustrated and had even considered scrapping the idea of selling our house and just moving back into it. We started getting calls from realtors and none of them really stood out to us, until David called. David had already researched our house. He had comps ready. He was excited about our property. He was honest with us about the market. He was everything that we dreamed of in a realtor. It was as though we had a bright light cast upon our dark times and for the first time in months we were excited to have our home listed. This time we knew we had the right realtor. David listed our property on a Thursday with stunning picture and numerous drone pictures, and by Sunday we had multiple offers, including multiple cash offers and backup offers. Three weeks and one day later the money hit our account and we were able to move on with our lives and start living our dream. He was a breath of fresh air. He kept us informed of what was going on, called and text us with guidance through the sale, was a great advocate for us with the buyers realtors and was one of the most pleasant people we have ever dealt with. He even called us a week later and was evicted to see what we were doing with the funds from the sale of our house. Thank you David.

I have been very please with the service David Brown has given me and continues to give me as my realtor. I went into buying a house with no knowledge of the terms involved in contracts and all the papers that have to be signed. He explained things in a way that I could understand and was there every step of the way. If I was comfortable signing papers online, he supported me in that. But if I needed a little extra time and explanations, he would meet me in person. He never tired of my questions and was readily available when I needed him.
David was also very good at finding houses that fit my needs and specifications. He was always there with a new house to see.

David brown made doing business so very easy. This was the second time I had purchased a home and I couldn’t of been happier with my new relator. David was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t have the answer he would get it right away, very responsive, and what my fiancé and me liked the most was how honest he was.
