All things done well and in a timely manner. David Dorman and his team handled the whole transaction professionally and got the job done.

After talking with a number of realtors, we felt the most confident and comfortable with Dave. He was very knowledgeable about the area, knew how to evaluate comparable properties to pick the right selling price, understood our situation and goals, and had an excellent marketing plan. Our house sold within 15 days and the figures worked out as Dave expected.
