David was great at calling us to let us know about status of different parts of the purchase of our new home and of the listing of our existing home. He gave us the options and explained when something was "unusual" or a "red flag" when it came to offers and contingencies. he explained the pros and cons and let us make the decisions. His style meshed very well with ours.

All things done well and in a timely manner. David Dorman and his team handled the whole transaction professionally and got the job done.

After talking with a number of realtors, we felt the most confident and comfortable with Dave. He was very knowledgeable about the area, knew how to evaluate comparable properties to pick the right selling price, understood our situation and goals, and had an excellent marketing plan. Our house sold within 15 days and the figures worked out as Dave expected.
