David Dorman is not only a great RE Broker/Agent, but also a great individual to work with. He knows his sturr. He sold my house in less than 3 days whereas the previous broker/agent did not produce any offers in 2 1/2 months. Hiring David was the best move I ever made. His performance and personality can not be beat. If you use anyone else, you are making a mistake.

When we think of David Dorman, and our experience working with him in buying our new home, these are some of the words that we feel describe him best. From the start of the process working with David was simple and he always seemed to have answers to our questions. David's ability to understand our needs and guide us in the process was invaluable. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the Orlando metro area, and through his network was able to help us complete our home purchase while making us feel at ease throughout the whole process. David and his team did an excellent job selling our house. The marketing of the house was wonderful! We are working with him on the purchase of our new house. I would highly recommend anyone to work with David!

As a first time homeowner, David made this usually stressful endeavor, into a smooth and easy ride. At no point throughout the buying process did I ever feel overwhelmed, as whenever I was uninformed or confused, David not only made sure to keep me informed, but also handled every situation like an NFL quarterback. Communication is important to me, and David was available at every hour of the day for my constant questioning. To any of my friends or family in the Orlando area, David will be the only broker I’d recommend.

Discovered David Dorman when I originally moved to Florida 7 years ago. Selected him from seeing a TV show where he was assisting folks purchase a new home. His honest approach with the homebuyers won me over. I was already working with a realtor who had a great internet presence but the realtor's attitude did not match the quality of her site.

David absolutely cares about his clients by providing outstanding service. He does not merely present a 'can-do' attitude, he delivers!!! His team is incredible. They all take personal pride in knowing they are providing the best service. OMG...the state of the art photography combined with creative promotions...most definitely a win-win! You can teach folks all sorts of skills but it's the attitude and vision that David posses that ranks him high in my book .

Appreciate his patient understanding for those of us who do not buy/sell homes on a regular basis. Guides us through the whole process and you know you have crossed every 't' and dotted every 'i'....seamless and painless!

Because of his creative sales approach, my home had several interested parties pre-sale, sold in less than a week and had a bidding war the last day among 3 interested parties.

David Dorman is definitely knowledgeable and a great asset to the Brookestone community and Ocoee. I've seen him grow over the years as I bought this house with him when it was till being built and now about 14 years later. On both occasions he was helpful and constructive in his recommendations and observations.

In retrospect the sale went well and he can certainly be trusted for good advice. I would recommend David as a strong candidate for anyone looking for a successful Real Estate Agent.
