I have bought and sold 5 homes and this was the only seamless experience we have had. David and this assistant, Scott didn't miss anything. We were so fortunate to have David Dorman for our realtor. My fiancé and I picked him based on his reputation, amazing sale records and experience in real estate! During our initial meeting, we were blown away with his presentation, knowledge, ability to answer our questions and patience! He priced both our homes perfectly.
One sold within 24 hours and the other without even hitting the MLS! David was a “step ahead” all the way through the closing meeting. I have never heard of a home selling so fast, let alone 2!
