We did an extensive search for a realtor from the area that had an excellent reputation and had high reviews from other buyers/sellers. We wanted someone that knew the area and would not be pushy, yet provide input to help us make the right buying decision.

David Dorman was very knowledgeable of the area and quickly gained an understanding of what we were looking for. He then used this information to find homes that met our wish list. He helped us to find the right persons to handle the funding and inspection process as well, which helped to take pressure off of us.

David Dorman was there when we needed him and always kept in touch; night or day. When David was not available, he made sure that Scott Penyak followed up with us. He always sent information to us that we needed to help us with the entire process. When David was out of town, he had Mike Thomas take us to houses so we didn't have to wait for his return. Scott and Mike were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.
