David and Scott are exactly what they say they are !!!! They answer phone calls , emails personally and timely. They treat you like a friend but respect you as a client and your needs. Great experience from me at an extremely difficult and emotional time in my life.

As a first time home buyer I had a lot of uncertainties, but David and Scott were very understanding and helpful. They handled each of my questions, no matter how crazy or random they seemed, with professionalism and took the opportunity to educate me so I had all the information to make the best decision for me. They took all of the fears I had away and I couldn't be more happier with my home and all the work they did to make this dream come true for me.

During the selling process David's knowledge and professionalism came through selling the house promptly and at a reasonable price.

We were in a tough situation with our home, especially after we were really burned by another agent. I emailed David and explained our situation and David didn't hesitate to help us out. He understood our situation and he was aggressive in finding us a buyer and sold our home in about 4 weeks time. That was amazing especially since our previous agent could not sell it for more than a year. From pillar to post David was great.

David Worked quickly and efficiently in getting my house at a fair price. Even when there were multiple offers he got for them to accept my offer. When the title company came back saying the house has to go to probate my heart sunk. He knew I really wanted this home and he pushed and fought for me and at the same time giving me daily updates on the progress. He kept me positive and I'm glad I did because I know have the home that I fell in love with. Thank you David Dorman, you are a gem.

David and his agent Carmen Urias are just born to do this work. It's wonderful to see people like them. They take pride in their work and work relentlessly in getting the work done correctly.

We did interview 2 other brokers and David was the most professional and qualified person to represent us. He did his homework of the area and knew coming into the first meeting how much we should ask for the property and what methods of advertising to use to get the best result. We handled most of the details by phone and email; but
the few times I saw David in his office, the Century 21 staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I certainly would be happy to have David on my side for any future sales or purchases!

I would highly recommend David Dorman to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in our area. He is very professional, knows the area well and always keeps one updated on anything happening with the property.
