We did interview 2 other brokers and David was the most professional and qualified person to represent us. He did his homework of the area and knew coming into the first meeting how much we should ask for the property and what methods of advertising to use to get the best result. We handled most of the details by phone and email; but
the few times I saw David in his office, the Century 21 staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I certainly would be happy to have David on my side for any future sales or purchases!
