Dayton, a native of The Volunteer State, grew up in Collierville, TN, a suburb of Memphis. Choosing to attend a college in TN, Dayton officially became a University of TN Volunteer, and East TN became home for those years. After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology, he moved to Franklin to make a new home in Middle TN. Seeing the incredible growth of the Nashville metropolitan area intrigued Dayton and compelled him to learn the “How” and “Why” of Middle TN’s vibrant communities. After much study and conversations with real estate professionals, his interest was sparked so much that he chose to pursue a professional career in Real Estate. Dayton’s experience in sales, marketing, healthcare, and exercise training has equipped him well to work in the real estate field. His leadership and client support skills serve him well in any career but are especially important as a professional real estate agent.
