I have been with Cressy & Everett since 2016 and during that time I have accumulated several awards, including Chairman's Club, MLS Diamond award winner the past 7 years in a row.. I have also been the #1 realtor for Cressy & Everett the past 3 out of 4 years.
I specialize in Luxury Homes and Waterfront as well as being invovled with vacant land and having sold several commercial businesses.

When we first contacted Dennis with a house we liked he immediately suggested negotiating a lower offer than what was asked for. We thought we would have to offer more because an open house was planned he suggested a 24 hour offer and they accepted it. Saved us money right off the bat, Only got better from there. His professionalism and knowledge made this scary venture a lot easier for us Thank You Dennis !

Tough property to show. Heavily wooded 30 acres with thickets and marsh. Dennis did it. Dennis was quick to respond to my calls and questions. I was confident he was working for me.

We used the services of Cressy & Everett - Dowagiac/Sister Lakes/Three Rivers to sell our lake house on Little Fish Lake. Dennis Bamber immediately impressed us with his knowledge of the area, recent trends, and real estate marketing plan. Dennis provided key advice in pricing and positioning the property to maximize its appeal.

We didn't choose Dennis. We bought a lot from his client. But, after working with Dennis we would definitely deal with him again. He was professional, efficient and kind.

Everything went smoothly and Dennis even gave us a gift (a bottle of wine) with well wishes which was very considerate since we weren't his clients. We had recently (Jan. 30th) dealt with another broker from Re-Max who made $4,500 from us and she didn't give us anything. He is a class act.
