Immediately upon graduation from high school, Dennis voluntarily joined the United States Air Force. He served four years of active duty and was honorably discharged. Following his military service, he became a sworn police officer with the Charles County Sheriff's Office. He worked his way up through the ranks, advancing from Patrol Officer to Captain before retiring after 27 years of service. In 2006, he affiliated with the number one Century 21 Broker in the World, Century 21 New Millennium, where he serves as the Team Leader of the Burks-Sutten Team.

I was disappointed about the second contract that was placed on the house. I feel that Dennis should have verified the deposit had been registered with the title/ settlement person. To find out 4 days before closing that the buyer was backing out and had not put the required deposit down, caused me to loose faith in Dennis's attention to my situation. The house did end up selling in a timely manner so that I was satisfied with.
