Derek Goude has been looking after my flat and its tenants for nearly 2 years. I would not consider using any other agent in the area. He is flexible, friendly and competent. His experience and expertise in the highly competitive market is a huge advantage - in 2 years I have never had more than a week when my flat has been unoccupied. I would definitely recommend them.

Derek has been a great help to our family, he might even be family! From the start, I knew he would be a great fit. We needed to relocate for work and had to sell our home, but didn't want to leave money on the table in the process. He is an online marketing pro. The online exposure we had was crazy. You would think our home was famous! Within a few days, we had 4 offers and still more people wanting to see it.
