Daniel and his assistant, Pearl Hong, handled the sale of my house in Hawaii Kai. Escrow began in December 2025 and completed in January 2026. I had convinced myself that because it was winter and house sales are slow during that period, I was expecting to wait until spring before the house sold. However, because of their persistence in showing and going back to contact potential clients, much to my surprise and delight, the house sold.
