Inventory in East Honolulu has expanded in the latest rolling three-month view, with about 337 active listings, slightly below last year but up from early 2026. New listings have risen year over year, and pending sales are down compared with a year ago, suggesting buyers have more options and are taking a bit longer to commit.
Pricing has shown modest shifts rather than big swings, with the typical home value near $1.4 million and slightly lower than a year ago. At the same time, the median list price is up compared with last year, pointing to sellers testing higher asking prices even as closed values stay more stable.
