Inventory in East Honolulu has expanded in the latest rolling three-month view, with active listings up compared with a year ago even as they dipped slightly year over year. Months of supply has risen sharply to 6.3, more than doubling from a year earlier, signaling more options for shoppers and a shift toward a looser environment.
