In East Honolulu, the rolling three-month view through April 2026 shows inventory and contract activity shifting from last year’s pace. Active listings are down more than 16 percent year over year, while homes sold have fallen about 11 percent and new listings are nearly 19 percent lower, pointing to fewer choices and slower turnover overall.
Price trends are adjusting to this softer flow of homes. The typical home value is down almost 9 percent from a year ago, even as the median list price is up about 9 percent, suggesting sellers are testing higher asking prices than recent closed sales support.
