Willa and Francis Ricafort were the listing agents for my home. From start to finish the entire experience with them was five star. They were very considerate about my needs around showing the house. They were great at communicating to me from start to finish what was happening and what was expected to happen. We wound up getting multiple offers after the first open house, and we went into escrow soon after that. Throughout the entire process, I felt Francis and Willa were there to support me. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

This is the team that you can trust to sell your house. While interviewing other real estate agents a key concern for me is "who can I hand off my house keys to without having to worry", and we felt comfortable with Francis and Willa. They are seasoned professionals and know how to take care of your property as if it were their own. On their own, they brought shoe covers for folks to use when working on the house and for perspective buyers to use while touring the property. They have an abundance of professional landscapers, movers, and general contractors that are priced better than my own effort of finding folks on Yelp. This was another positive note of hiring Francis and Willa that saved us thousands of dollars as well as our own time and effort. They were onsite to work with general contractors when we couldn't be there, and this was just a huge relief for us, particularly since we had already moved out of state.

Francis and Willa are fabulous realtors with selling and buying. Our house was sold in a weekend, with multiple offers, and above the asking price. They were thorough and professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home.
