What an experience to work with Gabby Alvarez. I met Gabby through a mutual friend last year. I had been widowed just months before we met. I knew I had a very difficult property to sell. It was 107 acre walnut farm in the middle of nowhere. Fantastic place, but nowhere near town. It would take a very special buyer. This market and interest rates did not make Gabby's job any easier.
