If you have a short sale in the Grand Strand area, Century 21 Harrelson is the agency you need. Mr. Lindstrand was excellent to deal with, even during a very complicated and difficult transaction. The staff is attentive, easily reachable and communicative throughout the process.

Our family listed three properties with Greg Harrelson and he sold the first one within 10 days for a full price offer. The second property sold with 39 days.
