I have so many great things to say about her but to keep this review short I will just speak about the most important qualities for this particular process. Firstly she’s available. Heather always answers her phone and texts, even outside of business hours. Secondly she is very knowledgeable. Any questions or concern I had she knew the answer right away. Thirdly she is so positive. A home buying process, especially for first time homebuyers, can be extremely stressful. Heather kept a positive outlook even when things didn’t seem promising. She always said “things will work itself out” and she was correct. Everything worked itself out. Thanks to Heather me my husband and I was able to purchase our first home in under 45 days. She walked us through the step and made it as easy as possible. I really appreciate her and she’s an amazing agent. 10 out of 10 stars for her.
