Ambitious since day one, James has been involved in entrepreneurial endeavors since he was a teenager. Hence the name of his podcast, Ambition Audio Show. James has admired Real Estate since he was a child. This has translated into an effortless passion. At Baruch College, James studied finance. He became proficient in the Bloomberg & Fact-Set software on Baruch's famous trading floor. This is where he learned to study market trends. At St. Anthony's High School, he learned in a progressive college preparatory environment, and started as tight end for New York's #1 ranked state champion Friar football team. While on the executive board of the Pi-Omega chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon in college, James actively participated in philanthropy with St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the Pine Hill StreetClean Up. James is passionate about environmental preservation which manifests through his membership in Greenpeace.
