Jamie was fantastic to work with on our first home purchase in Santee. As first-time buyers, my wife and I had a lot to learn, and she walked us through every step with patience and clear explanations. Her knowledge of San Diego is impressive. She showed us homes everywhere from Otay Ranch up to Poway, helping us really understand our options before we landed on the right area.

She was always quick to respond, whether it was a quick question or something urgent. When it came time to negotiate, she pushed hard on our behalf and helped us secure a strong seller credit. What stood out most was that she never pressured us into a decision and was always straight with us about what to expect. We put a lot of trust in Jamie, and she earned every bit of it.

Although we did not spend many weekends looking at homes, we really appreciated that Jaime was always available to work with our busy schedules and quick to set up appointments as soon as we requested them.  Our strategy was to do our own search instead of relying solely on the realtor's search results since we had a good idea of what we wanted.  Jaime was always on the ball, and we got to see homes within 1-2 days after we put in the request.

We interviewed over 10 realtors across the area and Jamie was by far the most knowledgeable and personable. She helped us navigate buying a home, our first in CA, as the rules are very different in CA than in other states. She found houses that we couldn't find on the standard websites. She knows the process inside and out. She went above and beyond and answered a plethora of questions we asked on the investigation reports for some houses we almost bought. It was an entire process and we were grateful for Jamie's support. She's super responsive, super high integrity, and extremely patient. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Jamie was the first person we called after we received the keys to our new home because we wanted to celebrate the special moment with her right away. Jamie is very insightful about her industry and she is the person you want in your corner when making one of the biggest decisions for your family. We highly recommend Jamie as a real estate agent.

At our first meeting with Jamie, she walked us through the home buying process and listened to our criteria for a new home. My husband and I were first time home buyers and everything was new for us. Based on our constraints and requirements, Jamie set realistic expectations for us, which gave us a good understanding of the trade-offs we would be facing.

We visited homes on several occasions with Jamie. She helped us discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each home. We never felt pressured to make an offer on a home. She really wanted us to get the house we wanted. We were on the fence with several homes and Jamie helped us delve through our concerns and understand better what our options were.

Jamie was instrumental in helping us to decide what offers we should make for the homes we were interested in. She also spoke directly with the selling party in order to help us make a stronger bid. She communicated well with us and the other parties.

The shelter-in-place restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic occurred in the middle of our closing process. She was well informed about City and County restrictions that may have had or did have an affect on our closing and she kept us in the loop.

After closing on the house, Jamie’s recommendations for moving related logistics were very handy, especially since we were moving during the shelter-in-place period. The store we had ordered our fridge from informed us they would only do curbside delivery. This was problematic since our 300-lb fridge needed to be moved to the second floor of our home. Jamie had a few helpful suggestions to get us out of that bind.

Throughout the entire process, Jamie listened to our priorities, communicated well with us, helped us understand our options, and advocated for us. We are very happy with our new home purchase. Jamie will be the person we call for our next house hunting journey.

This has been long overdue.
We were introduced to Jamie by David & Sunny based in Los Altos. Jamie was part of their team and our go to person to see homes. We were first time buyers and like most others, were excited and overwhelmed at the same time. We had a great experience working with Jamie with her friendly and calm demeanor. She was always available and prompt in answering any questions we had. This helped us instill a lot of confidence in ourselves. She was patient and diligent in her work. Overall we felt very comfortable sharing our thoughts and concerns with her. She is very knowledgable and gives you space to think and make decisions without being pushy. We went through complexities at one point and had to back away from a contract we signed and she was very professional and calm throughout this challenging time without getting her emotions in the way. We paused our home search for some time after that episode and went right back to her when we were ready again. Once we had found our dream home. Jamie helped us make the big decision, guided us to make a solid offer, represented us to the sellers and got us the lovely home against multiple offers! Jamie has continued to be in touch and invested in a long term relationship with us.
