Where do I begin? I was a first-time homebuyer and entirely clueless about the process. Every step of the way, Jeff Holtzclaw was there to answer my endless questions - day and night. He was responsive, patient, and he cared. He gave me honest opinions about properties and I never felt pressured or rushed or unimportant. When I did decide on a property, Jeff spent hours on the phone making sure it worked out for me. Called me to tell me my offer was accepted even though it was late and after hours. He came to my home inspection. He came to my closing. I honestly couldn't recommend him more.

Additionally, I was using a VA loan to finance. These loans have rules and policies I didn't fully understand but Jeff did. And took the time to explain them. Since purchasing my home I've had discussions with friends that have had less-than-on-point experiences with their realtors. It makes me all the more thankful, so very grateful, that I had someone like Jeff. So thank you Jeff, and thank you Century 21. I adore this house and couldn't have done it without you.

Jeff did everything quickly and professionally. He always got right down to work and kept me informed and made it easy to understand and follow. He also answered all my calls and texts ASAP.

Jeff is an excellent agent. He always arrived early and prepared, and was very knowledgeable about different areas in Fort Wayne. Once I submitted an offer on a house he did everything to ensure that I didn't walk away empty handed. I was seeking a VA home loan and was recommended to Jeff Holtsclaw. Jeff made contact with myself and gave me the information that was needed to help start the home buying process. During our conversation Jeff asked what type of home we were looking for and showed us homes that would suite our needs until we found the perfect house for us. My wife and I loved working with Jeff his attitude, enthusiasm , and energy he brings to the table makes the home buying experience enjoyable. Jeff was still trying to find us a house even while on a family getaway, with that type of dedication I wouldn't recommend anyone other then Jeff Holtsclaw as your real-estate agent for your next home purchase.

Jeff was really pleasant to work with, he valued my time as I valued his and just kept it all smooth and efficient...and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I will definitely work with him again next time we're in the market.

Jeff was a dream broker. I worked with him when I bought my house and I'm so glad I worked with him when I sold it as well. He was able to sell my house quickly and at a price that put some serious money in my pocket. His ability to be relatable and negotiate price with the buyer's agent at the same time is rare to find. Anyone I know that is shopping for a home or buying a home in the Northeast Indiana area, I refer to Jeff. Jeff is well worth his commission - he's going to give you his best and you're going to make more off your property than you would with someone else, guaranteed. You want Jeff on your team!
