Jay helped us to buy a house in 2019 and this time, he helped us to sell an old house. He has a wide network of clients and as soon as the house was put on market, he started to show it to his clients and we received an offer after a few days of showing. He is also very knowledgeable about entire process towards contract and closing. He gave us a lot of useful advices. He always responded to any requests that we made in a timely manner. We never felt that we had to wait till he responded. Even for the cases that were pending, he always gave us the information how it was being processed or how he was addressing it.
