Best example: We had an issue with the owner of the condo above ours that had to be settled before closing. We had tried to contact the owner but to no avail. Two days before closing, Jim tracked the owner down and resolved the issue so we were able to have a smooth closing. Absolutely invaluable service.

Very professional but also very friendly and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and sure on buying a house.
