John is a very knowledgeable and helpful agent. He listened to what my wife wanted in a house, found several possibilities, and showed us as many as we wanted before we settled on one. He knew what to look for during the showing, and let us know the subtle tips in dealing with properties in Florida. Even after we put a house under contract, he gave us a list of home inspectors that we could choose from, which was very helpful since we are from out of state. He even kept in contact with us through the whole process, even congratulating us after closing. We will recommend him to anyone who is thinking of moving to Florida.
