Overall my wife and I had a very positive experience.

Junior help me find and purchase a home and was very patient and dedicated to me. I am a very picky client and Junior did an excellent job with me, guided me thru this long and sometimes difficult process like a true professional

Both my wife and I were lucky enough to have found Junior and Martha. Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everyone of our needs. questions and concerns. After meeting them the first time we knew they were the ones that would help us get our dream home.

His attention to detail was excellent. He went far and beyond from our expectations.
During the inspection he asked all the right questions that we wouldnt have known to ask as it was our first time buying.
One experience that comes to mind was a month after we had purchased our home. We had electrical issues and he helped guide us until the issue was resolved.

Not only were Junior and Martha great agents but they are overall great people. We feel they are part of our family now. It's been a year since we purchased and they still reach just to see how we are doing and how things are going with the house. Any questions I've had throughout the year he has been very prompt to reply and help.

If they was a higher score than "EXCELLENT" he would be getting that.

Overall experience was exceptional. Hoping one day real soon he will be helping buy my second home. No one else will be considered. He made the experience of buying a home a great one. Nothing like the horror stories i hear from friends and family.

Junior was outstanding. Escrow came and went so seamlessly and we were able to sell above the asking price. Everything was done to get the most for my home from marketing online to the open house.
He was quick and responsive to all of our questions and requests. We couldn't be more thankful to the entire team for our super positive experience. Thank you!

Junior did a great job. Condos are much more difficult to sell, so we thought it would take a lot longer to get an offer. It all worked out perfectly. Junior was an absolute professional. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He ensured that everything went as smooth as possible. He was patient with me and my 10,000 questions and follow ups. The overall experience was great. The sale of a home is very stressful, but we managed to pull through. I'm glad we were able to sell in such a tough market.
