Kat has become an amazing friend helping us with house hunting twice and selling of our home!

Kat was very knowledgeable and patient and really helpful with everything we needed. She understood everything we were looking for and guided us to the perfect house!

Kat immediately got on board with our needs and helped us schedule everything. She answered all my questions patiently, even when it was multiple times. We had a rough situation and she helped us through it.

My parents recommended Kat after she helped them find an amazing home for a long-distance move. Her knowledge, experience and connections helped make the process so easy for them and she left a beautiful, warm welcome package and decor for their first day moving in. We loved that Kat was both laid back and professional knew she would be a great partner to help us find our first home.

We did not have to search for any resources or contacts, Kat had connections for every aspect of the home search and buying process and scheduled all of the appointments. She also made frequent trips to the property on our behalf when we were unable to take time off of work, which was a great peace of mind.
