I have been an agent since 2007, and I would describe myself as a relationship agent. Only by truly getting to know my clients can I best assist them, whether they are buying or selling, in need of vendors, or are just getting more information on the area. Moving can be a very stressful time and I am here to assist in your home journey and to handle the speed bumps along the way so you can enjoy the process.

I take my time with each client, giving them the personal touch they need. I have an engineering background & a creative side. I cover a wide area of towns in both NC and SC, around the Charlotte area. My clients say I am prepared, focused, down to earth, easy to get along with, professional, and a great negotiator.

Kat was great. Kat was our realtor when we bought this house and we were very happy with her, so using her again to sell this house was automatic. From the time we called Kat to list the property to closing was about three weeks. Kat took care of everything and made this experience very easy. The sale of this house was easy for us because of Kat's effort, and we very much appreciated that. No headaches, no stress.
