From the beginning of the process of selling my home Kat was very helpful in weighing the pros and cons of renting vs selling. She helped with referrals for items that needed to be done to ready the house for sale. She listened to my expectations around pricing the home. She organized an open house while I was out of town and walked me through the offers that evening. She helped me understand the value of the due diligence money which helped me make my decision on accepting one of several offers over the asking price. The house sold so quickly. After the contract was signed Kat continued to keep me up to date on the progress and the closing went off without a hitch. We can't say enough good things about Kat's service. She was always responsive, accessible, and extremely helpful with negotiations. We were moving from another state and Kat went out of her way to help us out when we needed something done at the house and couldn't be there. Her network of contractors, inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. was invaluable, and continues to be even now that the sale has closed. We would not hesitate to use Kat again.
