From our first call from Kevin, we liked the style of his call from the beginning Kevin didn't start off by bragging about his success but talked about how he would sell our property and how he believed he could sell the property in a very short time. Kevin lived up to his word. I believe Kevin called us within days of signing the paperwork informing us he had an offer for the property. Outstanding job. We were very pleased with the number of showings that our property had. The issue of road noise and not having enough property to put in a pool seemed to be the main obstacles to selling our property. So it took a long time to find a buyer that was not looking to put in a pool and have all that additional responsibility and work. The road noise is something that cant be controlled.
But with the determination of Kevin Mills and our reluctance in having to recognize that the real estate market for our property had changed. Therefore, we had to reduce the price based upon the recommendation of Kevin Mills. We only did so because we respected and believed that Kevin Mills had our best interest at heart. He and his staff were determined to sell our property and we felt that they treated us not only as a client but as a family member would and trying to the best that they could. Each member of the Kevin Mills team, was very gracious, courteous, professional and at all times available to help, or answer any and all questions. In addition, they also served as sounding boards when we were feeling dejected on how long it was taking to sell our property. But with every property there is a buyer. They are out there but it takes a dedicated team with the knowledge, energy, fastidiousness and devotion along with a professional team leader such as Kevin Mills, to keep pushing ahead and utilizing every opportunity and marketing tool to find that perfect buyer. I can see no reason why any property owner in the Myrtle Beach area or any prospective buyer would not utilize the best and most respected, responsible and reactive real estate team in the Grand Strand area. The Kevin Mills team not only works selling and helping people buy real estate, they help provide the human element of caring, compassion and respect to each and every person that they come in contact with regardless if they their clients or not. Agency did a fine job in locating a potential buyer fairly quickly. Unfortunate the sale was delayed by a lien on the buyers home that they were unaware of. Glad the sale finally happened.
