We had listed our unit for a year with another (not Century 21) agent. We knew we were not being served, but kept being talked into giving her more time-"the market's just heating up". When we switched to Kevin and his outstanding team we went from 0 to 100 in no time. All the sudden we had actual showings! As promised he got our unit sold within 3 months and at a price we could live with (we took a huge dive from our sale price, but that's not going to change anytime soon). I appreciated the constant feedback that was given while the property was for sale.
And I was impressed with the efforts of the marketing team to find prospective buyers, the previous agency showed the property 7 times in 8 months, whereas Century 21 showed it 48 times in 4 months. And communication was welcomed by me from all members of the management team.
