When you look for a agent to sale your properry , you look for a couple of things:
1) Do they show up to the property when there is activity or let other agents just review it by themselves
2) How engaged is the agent in selling the property, does the agent make you feel like your property is the only property that matters.
3) Does he follow thru with prospective agents by phone or just wait for the e mail review after the showings
4) Does the agent fall up with all feedback with you on the showings with prospective buyers concerns and likes
5) Does the agent provide a baseline for the asking price and provide concerte evidence as to why we should price here.
6) Does the agent ensure all steps are covered once contract is signed
As having many agents sell my other properties, most tend to be listing agents not selling agents. Kevin EXCEEDED all our expectations and solidified his position on our team.

If you have been discouraged with previous attempts to sell your home with other realtors, Kevin Mills is your man! It will be a whole new positive experience. Kevin is thorough, knows what he is doing and will do exactly what he says he will do! Be prepared though because everything will move fast and your house will be sold before you know it! We would use Kevin again in a heartbeat and highly highly recommend him! He is amazing!
I felt Kevin had grasp of the area and dealing with condo sales. That skill set resulted in the unit under contract in 2 days.
It was difficult dealing with the management at Beach Cove and the communication with them was extremely difficult. Kevin did a good job of pursuing contact with them to get showings accomplished. Kevin’s office staff at Century 21 was very responsive and helpful throughout the sale and closing.

If you are interested in having your property on MLS for a year or longer hoping that a visitor from China or japan will just come in, fall in love with your property and pay full asking price---then call another Realtor.
