This is my second time working with Kris and her team. The first time I was selling a home, and this time I was purchasing. Both times Kris was absolutely incredible. My
fiancée and I had a lot of questions and requirements for our home purchase. Every question was answered and met with knowledge, and clarity, when can be difficult to find with customer service. Our seller was a bit difficult to work with, and Kris was willing to go out of her way, pulling the necessary resources required to help us make informed decisions, navigated though our issues, and most importantly, got the solutions necessary to deliver the result we wanted.

It was a no-brainer to choose Kris. She had been the agent of several mutual friends of ours and we knew she was knowledgeable and an experienced agent. Kris priced our house perfectly and we ended up selling for above asking price! She made everything about the sale of our house easy! Kris was amazing! I was stressed from the beginning, but she always remained calm and told me to "be positive." A few times, she even handled curve balls that were thrown before she told me about them because she knew me well enough to know what my stress threshold was!

Overall we were surprised with how smooth a process, Kris and her team were able to make our home buying experience. Not that there were no hurdles, but each time she gave us this calm that she and her team would get us through to closing........and she did!
