We have known several families who have bought and sold houses recently and have watched the loss of offers and frustrations they have had to endure and were not looking forward to it. Since we had also seen Kris Johnson recently help our family members with the purchase and sale of their houses, we decided she was the one we needed to help us through this process. During our home buying process, we met several different realtors who did not follow through on their promises. However, from the minute I spoke with Kris over the phone, she was very pleasant and eager to help us find what we were looking for. She gave me several ideas on unique ways she would help with our home search. I could immediately tell Kris Johnson was going to be the realtor to help us find our dream home.

Kris Johnson went above and beyond our expectations. She worked hard to sell the house at the best price available which was challenging. The house needed a lot of work on and we were selling it for "as is". Kris also made this experience very easy for us. We sold our Mother's house who has Alzheimer's so at times it was emotional and could have been very stressful. Kris took all the stress off of us and did a beautiful job selling it!

This is the 2nd time I have worked with Kris Johnson. The first time was for a rental and she was extremely helpful. She sent communicated with me monthly newsletters. Kris Johnson was an angel throughout our entire process. There was nothing she wasn't willing to help with. Although our location was a little out of her area, Kris did the research and quickly became an expert. Our house had 9 offers over asking price in 3 days and that was due entirely to the hard work and perseverance of Mrs. Johnson. We would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!
