I would and still do Highly Recommend Krishna for local housing help. He's a great guy and I appreciate him for being honest and thoughtful with us. If I had the chance to buy another house, Krishna would be the first person I would contact for help.

I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from Krishna Perkins and his team calls for an exception. Krishna put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and I sell our home. We were not just a “number” to him, he genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize himself with what our future plans were and going to be comfortable with after the sell. Krishna was 100% professional at all times, patient with our asks, and knew when to be aggressive in order to get us under contract! We greatly appreciate everything he did for us. It property had been on the market with REMAX for over a year, no showings, no offers. When we made the decision to go a different route, I had no question who would get the job done. Krishna Perkins! He played football for my father years ago, and I knew the type of individual he was. He exceeded our expectations, came in and in less than 2 months our house was sold for FULL ASK, plus $1,000! He’s a huge asset!
