I'll be honest, I haven't had good experiences with Realtors. One of the biggest things is they have made promises to call back about property or questions I had, and never return calls. Or, shoved the realtor contract in front of my face to sign right away before having an initial conversation or establishing a Rapport, which is a major turn off. Kristin is the CREME de la CREME.
