I'll be honest, I haven't had good experiences with Realtors. One of the biggest things is they have made promises to call back about property or questions I had, and never return calls. Or, shoved the realtor contract in front of my face to sign right away before having an initial conversation or establishing a Rapport, which is a major turn off. Kristin is the CREME de la CREME. I highly recommend Kristin Crockett! We are empty nesters who needed to downsize and simplify. We had the additional challenge of wanting to buy BEFORE selling our older larger home. She has connections with many service providers including a lender that figured out the finances that allowed us to buy before selling. We found our dream retirement home—that has a bigger kitchen than our former home—more quickly than we ever expected. She developed a very useful plan for readying our house for sale and a way to proceed with the settlement on the sale even if our travel plans were to conflict with closing...

Hannah and Kristin are detail oriented and always ahead of each step of the process as we were selling our home. The advertising with fun videos showed the spirit of our farm and a really slick brochure showed the beauty of the house. What they did on line was so fun and professional. Once there was an offer on the house, she made sure it was exactly what we wanted. Hannah followed us every step of the way with all the inspections, time lines, agendas, and closing. We were exhausted with the move but she never seemed tired and always helped us out. Our dream came true and she made it happen.

But ,details do help so we will let you in on a few. Hannah and Kristin are two of the best. They are attentive even during the busiest market, warm and friendly who are a joy to be around, and are always two steps ahead of you. Touring with them is a dream. They pay attention to the details like water heater capacity and the age of the electrical panel while you are enamored with the cabinets and closets. They love their job and it really shows. We highly recommend them so much we may just buy a vacation house to have the opportunity to work with them again.

Hannah & Kristin are simply amazing. Helped us sell two homes and buy our dream house this summer. As you can imagine, it was quite a feat to pull off and they did it with such grace and professionalism that it almost seemed too easy!
