After 15 years in real estate, I've learned these decisions rarely turn on square footage alone. They turn on timing, relationships, finances, family dynamics, and what the next chapter is meant to look like.

I combine strategic real estate guidance with life-transition consulting rooted in behavioral principles, helping people gain clarity, align their decisions with what matters most, and move forward with confidence during life's biggest changes.

I don't start with a listing. I start with listening. What's changing? What are you trying to accomplish? Who else is affected? Together, we build a strategy that considers the whole picture. When it helps, I coordinate with your attorney, CPA, financial planner, or other trusted advisors so every part of the plan works together.

WHERE I FOCUS
Residential transitions: retirement, downsizing, divorce, relocation, inherited property, aging-parent decisions, and growing families.

Property and investment transitions: landlord exits, portfolio simplification, investment sales, and commercial leasing and sales.

Sometimes the right answer is to buy or sell. Sometimes it's to stay, simplify, or wait. If that's the best decision, I'll tell you.
