Livia was the Listing Agent for a property my buyers were purchasing. They were relocating to Florida while juggling a simultaneous move from a different state. Livia is a great listener and sent me the recommended houses exactly what I was looking for. She also sent me the comparable numbers to help me make the right decision on the bid price. Throughout the inspection and closing process, Livia was on top of everything. She helped me to negotiate with the seller based on some of the inspection results, extended the contract to make sure everything is covered. Basically, I trust Livia so much that I can lean on her.
