Lori Anne Schmerler grew up working in a Real Estate/Mechanical Contracting family business. She got her real estate license in Massachusetts, in 1978. In the 1980’s Moved to NYC working as a Flight Attendant and part time Real Estate Agent, marrying my German husband, we spent time between Germany and New Smyrna Beach starting in 1994.
Lori Anne knows all the stumbling blocks of relocating, plus she has a knowledge of Volusia County, Central Florida, from both vacationing and living here. The advantages of working with Beachside Realty is their prime walking location on Flagler Ave., New Smyrna Beach, we take walk-ins daily for every type of real estate need.
