My daughter recommended Megan Haimbaugh to be my Realtor since she did such an awesome job for them. I found Megan at an Open House she was hosting and introduced myself. I had a 6-month lease so I let her know I was just getting familiar with neighborhoods, etc. and what I was looking for. It would be IDEAL, I told her, if I could live close to my daughter's family. Lo and behold! Megan sent me to look at a new listing, just getting on the market that day because she said it was perfect for me. It was earlier than I was thinking, but interest rates were rising and I didn't want to lose this opportunity. It was the right price, the right size, the best yard ever and only 4 blocks from my family! Megan is terrific. She is always looking out for me, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and is so easy to work with. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. My life is forever changed for the best because of her hard work and dedication.

Megan represented me as a buyer. She always made herself available to view homes at the drop of a dime , did her homework on various potentials I threw her way, put in the work needed and offered great, professional advice throughout the escrow process. She was patient and did not pressure me just to make a quick sell. I highly recommend her!
