I promote sales through advertising, work with websites to showcase sellers' properties, host open house events, and participate in multiple listing services.

I have established a positive flow of communication with agents, clients, attorneys, and all personnel involved in closing transactions. I negotiate contracts with agents representing both buyers and sellers, and I educate them regarding legal disclosures. I facilitate the closing process on behalf of my clients and ensure that all terms of the contracts are met prior to closing.
