Michelle Dietz helped us to sell our rental property in Ruther Glen, VA. She handled everything from contacting the tenants, inspections, repairing and closing. She knows her job very well. She is very thorough. Any question I ask, her answers are so clear and professional and she does not miss any questions, so I did not have repeat my questions. She is very responsive and available. Through the entire process of buying our home, Michelle Dietz went above and beyond our expectations. Our situation was extremely complicated. We are a military family and went through the entire process of buying our house while being overseas in Japan. Michelle did multiple virtual walk throughs for us. She reassured us the entire time and was extremely patient and professional. She was always available to us even though the time was more than likely inconvenient to her due to different time zones. Michelle always responded promptly to emails or our questions. After closing, Michelle personally met us at the house and put together a welcome basket which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated.
