Michelle Dietz did a spectacular job helping us sale our home . . . in fact, her knowledge, experience, professionalism, work ethic and understanding our needs was second-to-none. She sets the standards in the real estate business. Less than 48-hours after our house was up for sale, we had several offers. And within a month, we were done . . . if you want the best, call Michelle Dietz.

Michelle Dietz was honest and reliable. She was quick to get showings set up for us to see houses. She also stood up for us and got the other realtor to do what was right! She negotiated our contract and Price until it was right. She was attentive to our wants in a home and made sure we got everything we wanted!

In a word Michelle Dietz is FIERCE. I am a self motivated individual that prides myself in excellence. Michelle is what I would be if I was a Realtor. I could relax and feel sorry for WHOMEVER dared to attempt to stop Michelle from helping me as her client. She is knowable, caring, & a FIERCE COMPETITOR. I changed where I wanted to move to JUST to make sure Michelle could represent me. Michelle made this process for me a pleasant one. And without her I know I wouldn't have had someone that would have fought for me HARDER than I would have fought for myself. She's the BEST. PLEASE ALL HAIL THE QUEEN!!!

I can honestly find NOTHING wrong with the service I received. Although a Realtor is necessary (for most) and with that in mind I HAD TO work with ONE Realtor so Michelle is just the Realtor that got the sale. That is NOT AT ALL the case here. Michelle truly fought me and guided me through the process with the customer service all people WISH they could receive every where. If I found out Michelle loved her job it would not suprise me. But it would hurt a little because I felt special throughout the whole process. That is what my experience was like buying a home with Michelle Dietz.

Allie Michelle Dietz assistant, rarely is the BACKUP as strong as the primary or first string. Allie is sweet and a Living LIBRARY. IF she does not know it is because NO ONE KNOWS. Century 21 has always been the 1st choice in real estate needs though out my family and friends. But from my experience I have learned the BEST COMPANY is the BEST because they have hired the BEST people.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle Dietz-As this was my Second experience with buying a home I was completely intimidated by the whole process, but my concerns were immediately put at ease by Michelle's gentle demeanor , caring nature and superior knowledge. From the get go she became my go to agent through endless hours of conversation and questions. In the end of it all she found me the home that best suited my needs, and from the moment I walked through the front doors I knew that I had just entered my dream home.
