I would like to start by saying that Michelle Dietz from Century 21 Redwood Realty Fredericksburg is the best agent my wife and I had. Century 21 is definitely lucky to have a representative like her. Michelle has an amazing positive attitude and is a professional on anything she does, great personality, she explains everything that entails buying a home along with walking you through the entire process. My wife and I felt her support from the initial offer to the day we closed. We will definitely be buying another investment home with her. I would definitely recommend Michelle to my family and friends because she has made our house buying experience a very positive one. Thank you so much Michelle for all your hard work and dedication, it's easy to see that you definitely love what you do.

I would recommend Michelle Dietz to anyone in need of a realtor. That pretty much says it all. I don't recommend her because I merely like the way she did business...though that's very important. I recommend people and businesses that go beyond just getting the job done. Selling your home is a tough chore and I didn't enjoy it...at all...and wouldn't no matter who my agent was. But in the midst of all that 'misery', I felt secure knowing that Michelle Dietz was the one driving the process. She caught details I missed and made suggestions I would have never thought of. Michelle swooped in to our rescue as soon as we realized a buyers agent was necessary, she’s educated beyond her duties on a FHA, VA or any government backed program. Honest, smart, nice, patient, and all the things you want in an agent, will go to house buying battle on your behalf, leaves no stone unturned to keep her clients in the know on all aspects of buying a perspective home. If you are buying, you need someone on your side, that’s Michelle!

Michelle was very responsive and professional which was key in my decision to go with Century 21. Her customer service was great in explaining the process of the sale and very accommodating in answering all questions to ensure my understanding.
